Detect and prevent fraudulent check transactions with Check Positive Pay. This automated cash management service matches checks you issue with those presented for payment to protect against forgery, alterations and counterfeiting. The service matches the check number, dollar amount, account number and payee of each
check against a list you provide. When the information does not match the check, the bank will notify you and will not pay the item until you advise the bank to accept or reject the check.
ACH Positive Pay
Detect and prevent fraudulent ACH transactions with ACH Positive Pay. This feature allows for incoming ACH transactions to be reviewed. Also the ability to create a list of approved vendors that are paid automatically, along with the ability to add expiration dates and amount filters. When an ACH transaction is not on the approved list, the bank will notify you and will allow you to accept or reject the transaction.
